Position: F&B – Director
About: Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences, a Five Star personalized luxury wellness community located on 7.5 oceanfront acres in South East Florida, blending Eastern inner-science and Western technology to promote mindful living and wellness.
Requirements: At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 3 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and 4 or more years of related experience. Hotel opening with multiple food and beverage outlets preferred. Previous experience with food and beverage pool and beach operations preferred. Experience working with independent ownership in the luxury hotel environment preferred. Experience with POS system setup a plus. Wellness experience a plus. Sommelier certification a plus. Must be proficient in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing. Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
