Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required, hotel/restaurant experience a plus; ability to work as part of a dynamic team and uphold luxury standards; luxury customer service experience; excellent communication skills, both written and oral; ability to stand for long periods of time; adept at handling a fast-paced environment; flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
