Position: F&B Assistant Manager
About: Palisades Tahoe Resort, located in Olympic Valley, CA, is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of Palisades Tahoe by assisting in the oversight of restaurant and outlet operations across multiple venues within the resort.
Requirements: Applicants must be 18 years of age; High School Diploma or GED required; Three years experience in F&B operations, knowledge of service standards, experience in a resort facility, high volume production operation related experience, or equivalent; Two years of management experience; Must have a current driver’s license and clean driving record.
