Position: Fairfield Inn Racine – Front Desk Agent
About: The Fairfield Inn Racine, a Marriott hotel conveniently located near the North Beach on Lake Michigan, is seeking Front Desk Agents to provide exceptional guest service to both business and leisure travelers. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in a related field helpful; Experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Positive and upbeat personality with outstanding customer service skills; Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and solve problems effectively; Strong communication skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; Knowledge of hotel products and guest services; Operational knowledge of front desk computer systems
