Position: Facility Operations Manager – Raising Cane’s River Center
About: The RCRC facility is seeking a Facility Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities required to run, maintain, and service the facility and events. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing operations, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
Requirements: Experience: 3 years of experience in facility management or related field; Knowledge of Facility Operations: In-depth knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and industry standards; Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and motivate a diverse team; Technical Expertise: Proficiency in facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems; Budgeting and Financial Management: Ability to develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and make cost-effective decisions
