Position: Facility Maintenance Performance Director
About: Hickory Recovery Network, a facility maintenance and healthcare service company located at 3960 Southeastern Ave, Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Facility Maintenance Performance Director to work closely with the Corporate Director of Engineering Services in optimizing property performance and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2 years’ experience in property maintenance or healthcare facility projects; previous team supervisory and training experience in related fields; knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines such as NFPA, Joint Commission, OSHA, and EPA; strong personnel and vendor management skills; excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking abilities
