Position: Experienced Sushi Chef
About: Lucky Fins Greeley Colorado is seeking AM/PM Sushi chefs to join their team at 4530 Centerplace Drive, Ste 324, Greeley, CO. They are looking for highly motivated individuals with full-service experience who are passionate about being part of a growing concept in a ‘Polished Casual’ dining setting.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef; Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures; Excellent record of kitchen and staff management; Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions; Familiar with industry’s best practices
