Requirements: Be 18 years of age; Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume, full-service restaurant; Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred; Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices in a kitchen environment; Experience working in a high-volume restaurant or sushi bar, handling multiple orders efficiently; Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff; Leadership qualities to guide and motivate kitchen team members; Ability to adapt to changing menus, customer preferences, and kitchen dynamics
