Position: Experienced Sous Chef
About: Eddie Merlot’s is seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to join their team in maintaining a safe and profitable kitchen operation while delivering high-quality food for restaurant guests, banquets, and events. The Sous Chef will play a key role in leading the kitchen team and ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines, while upholding the culinary standards of Eddie Merlot’s.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2 years of experience in a culinary leadership role; strong knowledge of food preparation processes, timing, portion control, and quality standards; ability to lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members; familiarity with health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment
