Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Familiar with all phases of food preparation techniques; Local Health Department sanitation certificate; 3+ years prior experience as a Pizza Maker or similar role in a restaurant; Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza dough; Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and brick or stone oven; Understanding of food hygiene; Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
