About: Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa, is seeking an Experienced Pastry Cook to oversee the daily operations of bakery outlets, ensuring quality and execution of all menu items. The ideal candidate will apply various pastry techniques, supervise inventory, manage recipe formulations, and assist with special dietary needs while maintaining high sanitation standards in a fast-paced resort environment.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in culinary field/high volume bakery or Culinary Degree and 3 years related experience; understanding of proper sanitation principles; working knowledge of cost controls
