Position: Expediter – Rector
About: Sea Island is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Food Preparer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving cooked food items, assembling and coordinating orders, ensuring quality and proper plate presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized station in our bustling kitchen environment.
Requirements: Properly sanitize and set up station according to restaurant’s guidelines; Constantly check food quality to meet Sea Island standards; Execute food production and plating according to specifications and timing; Stock and restock station, pre-food items as needed throughout the shift; Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and organized station at all times; Maintain clean and organized food and kitchen storage areas; Embrace teamwork and create a positive work environment; Break down and clean the station at the end of the shift, follow daily cleaning list; Complete a positional training program with validation measures throughout; Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards; Perform other job-related activities as required or assigned by the manager.
