Position: Executive Steward – Mashantucket, CT (Relocation available)

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of prior Stewarding management experience in a large resort setting; ability to understand, analyze, and manage the monthly P&L; proficiency in public speaking, capable of addressing large groups effectively; physical ability to push and pull 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work with cleaning equipment and chemicals; compliance with company and client appearance standards; motivational skills to lead and respect a diverse team of hourly employees; knowledge of Microsoft Suite; Spanish fluency highly preferred
