Position: Executive Sous Chef Tournant Restaurants – The Cosmopolitan
About: MGM Resorts International is a vibrant and diverse entertainment company offering exciting experiences in the hospitality industry. They are on the lookout for an Executive Sous Chef Tournant to join their team and contribute to exceptional guest experiences at their various restaurants on the property.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or two years equivalent work experience; at least 3 years of experience in Sous Chef or high culinary position in various outlets; one year Executive Sous Chef Restaurant experience in a fine-dining restaurant; previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement; ability to work varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
