Position: Executive Sous Chef – The Harpeth Hotel

Requirements: Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience; a minimum of five years’ sales experience with hotel sales experience preferred; ability to perform critical analysis, manage a wide range of information, delegate, manage manpower, and organize complex projects; excellent oral, written, and presentation skills; advanced knowledge of culinary principles and practices
