About: The Harpeth Hotel, located in historic downtown Franklin, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join their team and create quality meals for guests. The hotel offers 119 elegantly appointed guest rooms, event spaces, a bar, and a restaurant, providing a unique experience in the Nashville area.
Requirements: Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience required; a minimum of five years’ sales experience in a related position; ability to perform critical analysis and manage a wide range of information; advanced knowledge of culinary principles and practices; excellent oral, written, and presentation skills; ability to delegate, manage manpower, organize projects, and establish priorities; effective communication skills to convey information and promote hotel services.
