Requirements: An associate degree in culinary arts or hospitality preferred; Three years experience in a similar culinary leadership role preferred; Prior experience in employee scheduling, hiring, and staff development; Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, catering, ordering, and inventory systems; Knowledge of local and state food safety regulations; Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks for daily work schedule
