Position: Executive Sous Chef (Restaurant & Banquets) – Waterstone Resort

About: Waterstone Resort & Marina, a Curio Collection by Hilton property, managed by Schulte Hospitality Group, is looking for a dynamic, service-oriented Executive Sous Chef to join the team. The role plays a pivotal part in the resort’s food and beverage offerings.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Culinary Arts Degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Strong banquet background preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a culinary leadership role. Food Manager safety certification preferred or obtained within 30 days of hire.
