Position: Executive Sous Chef| Peak Restaurant by Rhubarb LLC

About: The restaurant is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to work alongside the Executive Chef in ensuring the quality and profitability of the establishment. This full-time position offers a salary range of $105,000 to $125,000 annually, with benefits including Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan with matching, and paid time off.

Requirements: Three plus years of experience in high volume or fine dining environment, preferably in a supervisory role; Ability to interact positively with supervisors, management, and co-workers; Strong financial acumen with cost control and profitability oversight; Attention to detail in kitchen operations and sanitation; Health & Sanitation Card as per state requirements; Foodservice management certification as per state requirements
