Position: Executive Sous Chef – Orion’s Roof, Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront

Requirements: Culinary degree preferred; hands-on kitchen management experience; broad knowledge of the Restaurant Industry; experience in a corporate atmosphere; strong understanding of purchasing and maintenance of kitchen equipment, effective decision-making and problem-solving skills, financial management skills including interpreting P&L statements, managing budgets, forecasting, and scheduling; knowledge of overall hotel operations affecting kitchen areas, purchasing, inventory controls, supplies, equipment, as well as governmental regulations and safety standards (OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA)
