About: The Cavalier is currently seeking an Executive Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the daily culinary operations and managing the culinary and kitchen teams across multiple outlets. This role focuses primarily on banquets and catering, impacting guest satisfaction through delivery of culinary excellence and consistent quality service and product.
Requirements: Culinary degree preferred; 5 years experience as an Executive Chef; Experience in hands-on kitchen management position; Broad knowledge of Restaurant Industry; Experience working in a corporate atmosphere; Experience in Banquet Operations; Must possess food knowledge and creativity
