Position: Executive Sous Chef – Hilton Salt Lake City Center
About: Hilton Salt Lake City Center is looking for an Executive Sous Chef to join their exceptional Culinary team. Situated in the heart of the city, this vibrant downtown hotel offers 499 guest rooms, 24,000 square feet of banquet space, and several unique food and beverage outlets. They seek an energetic team builder with a proven track record in trends and team development, emphasizing hands-on leadership, communication skills, talent for developing others, and a passion for innovation.
Requirements: A minimum of two years of culinary management experience is required; prior hotel experience and a background in banquets is preferred. Full availability is required for both AM and PM shifts depending on business demands.
