Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; two or more years experience as a restaurant chef, preferably in a fine dining establishment; strong communication skills; knowledge of standard kitchen equipment; strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques; knowledge of health and safety regulations; ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain knowledge of menu items; high attention to detail
