About: MGM Resorts International is a leading entertainment company known for creating unique and show-stopping experiences for guests. They are currently seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join DPrime Steakhouse and contribute to delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; two or more years experience as a restaurant chef, preferably in a fine dining restaurant establishment; high energy and positive attitude; strong communication skills; strong knowledge of standard kitchen equipment; strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques; strong knowledge of health and safety regulations; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; high attention to detail
