About: The Executive Sous Chef position at MGM Resorts International offers a unique opportunity to work in a place full of excitement, diversity, and entertainment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; at least two years of experience in high-volume convention and banquets; knowledge and understanding of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs); previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement; proficient in Microsoft Office; extensive knowledge and skill experience in all aspects of kitchen operations and equipment
