Position: Executive Sous Chef Convention & Banquets – Bellagio

About: MGM Resorts International offers a thrilling and diverse work environment filled with excitement and entertainment. They are looking for an Executive Sous Chef to join the Convention & Banquets culinary team at Bellagio, delivering world-class dining experiences for large-scale events.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years of prior relevant experience; 2+ years of prior relevant experience in high-volume production kitchen; Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement; Previous experience working in a luxury or fine-dining restaurant; Able to lead and mentor a team
