Position: Executive Sous Chef, Comerica Park
About: Delaware North Sportservice at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to oversee the daily culinary operations of all inclusive clubs, three restaurants, and special events. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in culinary arts, including back-of-house experience in a high-volume restaurant or banquets department and in a management role; ServSafe certification required; knowledge of food and labor cost monitoring, menu development, costing, ordering, and inventory procedures; ability to follow and write bulk recipes; proficient in Word, Excel, and kitchen computer production systems with basic accounting knowledge; capable of leading, coaching, developing, and training kitchen team members; no degree required
