Position: Executive Sous Chef | Columbus Georgia Convention

The Executive Sous Chef plays a key role in managing kitchen operations and ensuring quality culinary service for events while mentoring and training employees to meet company standards.
Requirements: Technical proficiency and at least 2-3 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant or events venue; ability to interact positively with diverse personalities, develop staff, distribute responsibilities, and problem-solve creatively; detail-oriented, self-directed, and flexible with a willingness to work nights, weekends, and long hours; must maintain a current Food Handlers card and alcohol service permit if required; familiarity with computer software and nationally recognized sanitation programs
