Position: Executive Sous Chef – Citizens Bank Park
About: Aramark, a leading global provider of food, facilities, and uniform services to various sectors including education, healthcare, business, government, and sports and leisure, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to support Citizens Bank Park, home of the Phillies. The Executive Sous Chef oversees culinary staff and is responsible for developing and executing culinary solutions to meet production, presentation, and service standards in a high-volume special events culinary setting.
Requirements: Requires a culinary degree or equivalent; 4+ years of culinary experience in a management role; previous experience in high volume special events culinary operations strongly preferred; advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; strong multitasking, organizational, communication, and leadership skills; ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.; ability to stand for extended periods; availability to work event-based hours including evening, weekend, and potentially holiday hours
