Requirements: Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a high-volume kitchen; minimum of 6 years of culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position; experience in stadium, arena, or large event catering preferred; proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines, with a focus on crowd-pleasing options; excellent organizational and time management skills, especially under pressure
