Position: Executive Sous Chef, Bridgestone Arena
About: Delaware North Sportservice at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations and events at the multipurpose venue.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ management experience in culinary arts, including high-volume restaurant or banquets department; knowledge of food and labor cost monitoring, menu development, and inventory procedures; ability to lead and train kitchen team members; proficient in Word, Excel, and kitchen computer systems; Servsafe certification preferred; no degree required
