Position: Executive Sous Chef, Bridgestone Arena
About: Delaware North Sportservice, the concessions and retail partner at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations and events at this vibrant multipurpose venue.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ management experience in culinary arts, including high-volume restaurant or banquets department and in a management role; knowledge of monitoring food and labor costs, menu development, ordering, and inventory procedures; ability to follow and write bulk recipes; proficient in Word, Excel, and kitchen production systems; skilled in basic accounting procedures; leadership ability to coach and train kitchen team members; Servsafe certification preferred but not required; no degree required
