Position: Executive Sous Chef, Bridgestone Arena
About: Delaware North Sportservice at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations and events at this multipurpose venue, home to the NHL’s Nashville Predators.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ management experience in culinary arts, including high-volume restaurant or banquets department; knowledge of food and labor cost monitoring, menu development, ordering, and inventory procedures; ability to follow and write bulk recipes; proficient in Word, Excel, and kitchen computer production systems; experience in leadership and kitchen team training; Servsafe certification preferred but not required; no degree necessary
