Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or higher in a casual or quick service restaurant; background in various cuisines; extensive knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment; proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications; able to lead and mentor a team; complete knowledge of health and safety regulations; ability to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
