Position: Executive Sous Chef

About: Sodexo Live’s Airport Lounge Segment has an immediate opportunity for an Executive Sous Chef at LaGuardia and JFK Airports. The company will be operating and managing the food and beverage operations within an exclusive, luxury airport lounge offering premium amenities to elite guests. The position reports to the Food and Beverage Director.

Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of basic management experience; 1 year of basic functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, catering services, etc.
