Position: Executive Sous Chef ($85K-$90K/yr + Relocation Assistance)

Requirements: Certification and/or college degree in Culinary Arts; 5-7 years of experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager with a proven track record of growth; 3-5 years of supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management of daily operations, discipline and counseling; Certified in ServSafe Food Services and current certification from the American Culinary Federation or other hospitality association; Ability to handle multiple priorities, delegate assignments, and have competent organizational and time management skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills; Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel), inventory/recipe build software, and ability to learn new applications; Genuine passion for the profession coupled with high integrity, maturity and tactfulness
