Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: The Executive Sous Chef’s primary responsibility is the management of an assigned galley for Norwegian Cruise Line, ensuring high standards are achieved and maintained. This includes practices, procedures, training, and guest satisfaction levels.
Requirements: Minimum of three years experience as an Executive Chef in a medium size cruise ship or five years experience as Executive Sous Chef in a large size cruise ship. Advanced level English skills. Intermediate to Advanced computer software skills. Bachelors degree in a related culinary discipline. Certificate of completion in a culinary study course. Advanced Certification in Sanitation and Public Health.
