Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown is a well-established venue in the heart of Tulsa, renowned for its exceptional standards and commitment to guest and employee experiences. We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Executive Sous Chef to lead the Culinary team in launching a new restaurant concept within the Hyatt Regency.
Requirements: 5+ years of relevant experience in a hotel environment with independent restaurants; managing sous chefs and kitchen staff selection, training, and supervision; coaching, mentoring, and performance management; overseeing sanitation procedures and kitchen operations; proven track record in achieving business results; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage complex business problems and collaborate effectively with teams; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to handle physical demands of the role; team player with a win-together mentality; inspirational leadership skills and ability to execute culinary programs effectively.
