Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends); ability to travel to multiple properties as needed; understanding and ability to execute Banquet and Catering events; ability to jump on the line at any station or service period; responsible, dependable, punctual; strong communication skills; clean and professional appearance; must show enthusiasm for cooking and the restaurant
