Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: Old Ranch Country Club, a prestigious golf and country club part of Invited, the largest owner and operator of private clubs nationwide since 1957, is seeking an enthusiastic Executive Sous Chef to join their team. Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience at Executive Sous Chef level in a Golf Club / Resort / Hotel / Restaurant; Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience; Food & Safety certifications; Effective leadership, communication, and training skills; Knowledge of special diets (preferred); Proficient with POS, Microsoft Office products, and social media; Experience with private events, banquets, and a la carte
