Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa, Autograph Collection, located in Downtown Denver, is a historic hotel with 243 guestrooms and suites, six restaurants and bars, a boutique spa, and extensive meeting space. Requirements: Two+ years of post high school education, culinary education is desirable; Five+ years of employment in a related position; Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession including management of people and/or complex problems and food and beverage management; Knowledge of hotel operations, leadership skills, effective communication skills; Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines; Annual Salary Range: 75k – 85k
