Position: Executive Sous Chef

About: Sodexo Live!’s Airport Lounge Segment has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Sous Chef to support the team at the new Sapphire Lounge by The Club in the Philadelphia International Airport. Sodexo will be operating and managing this exclusive, luxury airport lounge, offering top-tier amenities and expanded premium food and beverage offerings to its elite guests. The position reports to the Food and Beverage Director.

Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of basic management experience; 1 year of basic functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
