Position: Executive Sous Chef

About: KNEAD is seeking a talented Executive Sous Chef for our flagship restaurant, MI VIDA WHARF. As an Executive Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring quality and consistency in all menu items. Experience with Mexican cuisine is a requirement for this position.

Requirements: 5+ years cooking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role; at least 3-5 years of experience as a Chef De Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef; experience with French cuisine; college degree or certification in the culinary field/hospitality field preferred but not required; experience in menu standards and plating guidelines; strong leadership and team-building skills; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them
