Requirements: Minimum 5 years in a culinary leadership position; Demonstrated leadership capabilities; Ability to coordinate multiple menus within a wide range of cuisines and ensure consistent execution; Proven passion for mentoring and retaining exceptional talent; Superior verbal and written communication skills
