Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: Forest Lake Club, a prestigious culinary establishment, is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Executive Sous Chef to join their team. The Executive Sous Chef will oversee all culinary outlets and collaborate with the Executive Chef and Front of House Management to maintain the Club’s rich history and traditions while embracing culinary trends and creativity.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of progressive leadership and management experience in a culinary hospitality environment; experience in a luxury hospitality or club setting considered valuable; food safety certification; certification from American Culinary Federation or other hospitality association a plus; degree from a post-secondary culinary arts program is preferred
