Position: Executive Sous Chef

About: Flying Food Group, LLC is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to assist in the hot kitchen department and provide high-quality products and service to customers.

Requirements: High volume production environment experience; complete understanding of HACCP standards; minimum of 2 years of culinary experience; strong management and productivity improvement skills; intermediate to advanced English verbal and writing skills; intermediate to advanced computer software skills (Microsoft Word and Excel); ability to convert recipes from metric to U.S.; supervisory experience
