Requirements: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position at a fast-paced, high-volume hotel, fine dining restaurant, or catering facility; fluency in English with proficiency in Spanish, French, or Italian as a bonus; ability to handle physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting weights, and working in varying atmospheric conditions; supervisory experience in managing kitchen staff; open availability including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
