Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: Landry’s is a restaurant located at 611 SW Tenth Avenue, seeking a Kitchen Supervisor / Cook. As an Executive Sous Chef at Landry’s, you will lead the culinary team in creating innovative dishes, oversee food preparation and presentation, ensure quality and consistency in all menu items, collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new recipes, train and mentor kitchen staff, and maintain inventory while controlling food costs.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred; Minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role; Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices; Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment; Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
