Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: Landry’s, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef/Executive Chef for an upscale/fine dining kitchen. The role involves ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction through a ‘Do Whatever It Takes Attitude’ and a hands-on, lead by example management style, while assisting the Executive Chef in managing all back of house staff.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; strong leadership and management skills; excellent problem-solving abilities
