Position: Executive Sous Chef

Requirements: Minimum of three years experience as an Executive Chef in a medium size cruise ship or luxury hotel; advanced level English verbal and writing skills; intermediate to advanced skills in typing and computer software; Bachelors degree in a related culinary discipline; Certificate of completion in a culinary institution; Advanced Certification in Sanitation and Public Health
